• Deliver orders to customers accurately and check if they need anything else.
• Clean tables and wash dishes
• Greet & seat guests.
• Help with kitchen prep as needed
• Complete opening and closing tasks accurately and consistently. -
• Answer questions guests might have at the table; check with the kitchen if unsure.
• Understand our menu, explain the flavors of dishes and drinks, and offer pairing suggestions. -
A shift generally requires approximately 6 hours of standing on your feet.

• Greet all customers if you are close to the door when they enter.
• Provide them with menus/seats.
• Create genuine connections with all guests so they want to dine with us again.
• Be on the lookout for messy tables or people who might need more condiments. -
HOURS: The restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday, 5-9pm (Winter) and 5-10 pm (Summer weekends). The shift starts at 4:45pm and ends at approximately 9:15/10:15pm (Summer weekends).
PAY: Starts at $10/hour plus pooled tips, which range from an additional 5 to 7 dollars per hour. For a total of $15-17 an hour.
30-60 DAY REVIEW: A review will ensure the position is in good standing for the restaurant and the new employee.
ANNUAL REVIEW & RAISE: We will conduct a yearly review to share feedback about your performance and to listen to your goals and areas you’d like to learn about.
